I really fell in love with charcuterie while visiting France in 2010. Walking around a market in Paris with a fresh baguette, cheese, olives and meats, it was a perfect and oh-so-stylish way to bring joie de vivre to an afternoon lunch.
Since then, at every occasion, I always served and styled grazing boards as part of the feast. This became my signature "dish". As an adventurous food-lover, I barely shy from trying new things.
